About Amy Hughes

**Amy - Real Estate Professional**

Amy hails from a small farming community near Princeton, Kentucky, where she was raised and spent her formative years. A dedicated wife for over 22 years and a proud mother of two, Joe Dan and Jacey, she has embraced family life while nurturing her professional aspirations. Recently, she welcomed a daughter-in-law, Kayla, into the family, further enriching her personal life.

Initially a homemaker, Amy sought to remain present for her children during their summer breaks. This led her to a position at the local school, where she contributed to her family's needs while ensuring she could be there for her kids. In 2014, after a conversation with her husband, she took a leap of faith and pursued her real estate license—a decision that transformed her career trajectory. With determination, she completed her real estate education, passed the licensing exam, and officially entered the real estate market in December 2014.

Since then, Amy has developed a passion for helping clients navigate the buying and selling process, ensuring that each transaction is as seamless as possible. She finds immense satisfaction in assisting others in achieving their dreams, no matter how small her role may be.

In 2016, while vacationing in Gulf Shores, Amy and her husband began contemplating the purchase of a vacation property. Although initial attempts did not materialize, fate intervened when they discovered a prime waterfront lot at an irresistible price. They purchased the lot with plans to build a future home, but initially opted to place a camper on the property to enjoy it as much as possible.

By the spring of 2017, the couple felt compelled to sell their home in Kentucky and relocate to Baldwin County, Alabama. With everything falling into place, they made the significant move to a small community on Pleasure Island, marking a new chapter in their lives. This transition from a Kentucky farm girl to an island resident has been a joyful experience for Amy.

Today, she is eager to assist clients seeking investment properties, vacation homes, or permanent residences in this vibrant area. For those considering a move, Amy assures that employment opportunities abound, as the region is one of the fastest-growing in the United States.

If you need to reach active real estate agents in Baldwin County, Alabama, this list was built for you. Mortgage lenders, title companies, insurance providers, PropTech platforms, continuing education providers, and recruiters all use this data to put their message directly in front of licensed professionals who are actively closing deals. Whether you are launching a new product, filling a pipeline, or growing a brokerage, agent-level contact data is one of the most direct paths to the people who make purchasing decisions in the field.

When you buy Baldwin County real estate agent email list data, you get {{AGENT_COUNT}} actively licensed agents with verified email addresses, plus {{CELL_COUNT}} agents who also include a cell phone number. This is not a scraped list of anyone who ever held a license. Every contact represents a currently licensed professional, and the data is available segmented by broker versus sales agent so you can tailor your outreach to the right tier from the start.

Why Buy a Baldwin County Real Estate Agent Email List From Dr Bill

Dr Bill has been in the data business since 2005 and has sold over 31,000 lists to marketers, lenders, recruiters, and vendors across the country. Every record in this database is sourced directly from the Alabama state licensing board, not scraped from third-party directories or outdated aggregators. Emails are cleaned monthly, new contacts are added weekly, and the entire database is completely refreshed bi-annually so you are never mailing into a dead list.

Cheap alternatives offer no guarantees and leave you paying for bounces and spam flags. This list carries a 96% deliverability guarantee, which means your campaign lands in inboxes rather than junk folders. For cold email outreach, platforms like Zap Contact at zapcontact.com are built to handle this type of campaign efficiently and pair directly with this data format.

How to Use This Baldwin County Agent List

The most direct use is cold email outreach through a dedicated sending platform. Because the data is structured and verified, you can also use it for direct mail campaigns, SMS or phone outreach using the cell numbers included, and LinkedIn audience matching by uploading emails to build a custom ad audience. Each of these channels performs better when the underlying data is clean and current, which is exactly what this list delivers.

Segmenting by broker versus sales agent lets you send different messages to decision-makers versus individual producers. A title company pitching a new closing software speaks differently to a managing broker than to a buyer's agent running three deals a month. This list gives you the structure to make that distinction without manual cleanup work on your end.

Why Baldwin County, Alabama Agent Data Matters

Baldwin County spans a wide geography that includes Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Fairhope, Foley, Daphne, and Spanish Fort, each with its own active agent community and distinct market dynamics. A statewide Alabama list dilutes your spend across agents who may never be relevant to your offer. Targeting at the county level means every contact you reach is operating in the exact geography you care about.

With {{AGENT_COUNT}} licensed agents in Baldwin County and no other vendor offering segmentation down to the zip code level within the county, this is the most precise Baldwin County agent dataset available anywhere. Whether you need the entire county or just agents operating in a specific zip code along the Gulf Coast, this list gives you that control without overpaying for coverage you will never use.
