In 1997, this seasoned real estate professional relocated to Phoenix, Arizona, bringing with her a wealth of experience from New York that has proven invaluable in serving the diverse Hispanic community. Over the years, she has collaborated with numerous investors nationwide, facilitating transactions that benefit both buyers and sellers in the Arizona market.

Her commitment to the community extends to the construction of homes throughout the Phoenix area, with a focus on assisting first-time homebuyers. In 2001, she took on the role of Designated Real Estate Broker for Latin American Realty Inc., which transitioned to Home America Realty Inc. in 2005. She held the position of Designated Broker and President until 2011.

Recognizing shifts in the real estate landscape, she began specializing in short sales in 2007, providing critical support to homeowners facing distress. She has been a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) since 2009, further enhancing her ability to navigate challenging situations for her clients.

From 2018 to the present, she has served as a mentor and coach for real estate agents, leading teams to success. Her leadership roles include serving as the Past President and founding member of the Greater Phoenix Chapter of NAHREP from 2015 to 2016. In 2022, she became a member of the NAHREP Alumni, contributing to an organization that boasts over 100 chapters across the U.S. and Puerto Rico, with a membership exceeding 40,000.
