Anca serves as the Director of Sales at Douglas Elliman, leveraging a robust background in finance and management consulting. Her experience includes a tenure at Goldman Sachs in New York City and a role at the Boston Consulting Group, complemented by an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Her career also includes experience as a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group and as a strategy associate at AnnTaylor Stores Corp in New York City.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public and International Affairs and Japanese Language and Culture from Princeton University. Originally from Râmnicu Vâlcea, Romania, Anca spent a decade in New York and San Francisco before relocating to Miami in 2009.

Currently residing in SoFi, Anca is passionate about sports and fitness, engaging in daily activities such as dance, calisthenics, Pilates, and yoga. An avid traveler, she has explored over 30 countries for both business and leisure. Additionally, she dedicates her time to volunteering with the Chapman Partnership for the Homeless and supports the Humane Society, where she adopted her cherished Chihuahua mix, Lacey.
