Anders Lee, a native of San Francisco, has proudly resided in the East Bay since the age of five, when his immigrant parents relocated to Alameda and established a small restaurant.

From a young age, Anders embraced entrepreneurship, gaining valuable customer service experience by assisting his parents in their restaurant. This early exposure laid the foundation for his commitment to community service, which he has pursued through his expertise in management and real estate. Over a span of fifteen years, he successfully raised funds for Children’s Hospital Oakland, where he trained donors in intricate giving strategies, including Charitable Remainder Trusts and Gift Annuities. Following this, he dedicated a decade to property management, beginning with a modest 36-unit complex and ultimately overseeing a diverse portfolio for one of Oakland's largest landlords, emphasizing equitable and transparent practices. This blend of local knowledge and professional experience led Anders to become a licensed real estate agent, driven by a passion for helping clients achieve their homeownership goals.

Recognizing Alameda as an ideal place to raise his family, Anders and his wife, originally from Los Angeles, found that after a year in the community, she too appreciated the charm and strong sense of community that Alameda offers. They are proud parents of two children: a son in 2nd grade and a daughter in Pre-K.

Anders holds a degree in Business Administration from California State University, East Bay. He is fluent in Cantonese and possesses a basic understanding of Russian.
