A California native Andrea has lived in Arizona since the year 2000 along with her husband and two children Having grown up in a family owned business atmosphere she has always worked and focused on customer service Upon moving to Arizona she started a small business that she owned and operated for several years She was always determined to exceed customer satisfaction and serve her client’s needs with greatness

Before being licensed Andrea found herself involved several personal real estate transactions where the "professionals" were anything but professional and she was consistently disappointed with the quality of service provided Due to this treatment it later became her goal to make the home-buying experience as easy and enjoyable for her clients as it should be

In 2008 a family member asked Andrea to help find an investment home in Arizona and begin a rental portfolio Being unlicensed at the time Andrea accepted the challenge and did her best to teach herself the trade and find them the best home at the best price possible Through much work and searching she acquired a property in a trustee sale auction at the courthouse steps This sparked the beginning of her love for real estate investing
