In 1997, she established her own consulting practice and co-founded Demeter Matrix Alliance, a collective of senior consultants and coaches. She has also served as a faculty member in the Sonoma State University Masters in Organizational Development program and is a Certified International Coaching Federation coach, recognized for her expertise in stakeholder engagement and change management.
Having lived in Northern California and Oahu, with experiences in Santa Barbara, Paris, and South Africa, Andrea appreciates diverse cultures and perspectives. Her early exposure to design and construction through her father's residential building business in Hawaii has enriched her understanding of real estate. Currently residing in Corte Madera with her husband and three sons, she enjoys engaging conversations, travel, architecture, photography, and supporting her sons' sports endeavors, alongside a passion for good food and wine.
