About Andrea Wilhelm

Andrea is the founder and owner of The Art of Southern Realty. Growing up in Ohio's Amish Country, she was raised with strong values of honesty, integrity, and a commitment to serving others. After completing her education, she relocated to Florida to pursue a degree in Business Finance at the University of Florida. Following her graduation, she was selected for a prestigious management training program at Florida National Bank. After several successful years in the banking sector, Andrea chose to take a break to focus on raising her children.

In 1993, Andrea and her college sweetheart, Allen, settled in the Greensboro/Summerfield area, where they have since built a fulfilling life. They consider Greensboro a hidden gem and have cherished the community as the ideal place to raise their family.

In 2004, Andrea obtained her real estate license and quickly distinguished herself as the “Rookie of the Year” in her first year, thanks to her dedication and hard work.
