Andrew's journey in real estate investing began a decade ago, driven by a keen interest in market dynamics. Observing the expansion of the real estate bubble, he recognized the unsustainable rise in home prices and chose to remain observant, gathering insights and knowledge during this period. His proactive approach culminated in 2007 when he successfully executed his first property rehabilitation project, marking the start of a fruitful career.

Since that initial venture, Andrew has consistently excelled in acquiring undervalued homes, renovating them, and selling them for profit. He has also diversified his portfolio by investing in rental properties, recognizing their potential as a long-term investment strategy. With over 15 years of management experience, including seven years as the owner of Cyber Exchange, a computer retail and service business in Virginia Beach, Andrew has honed his skills in various aspects of real estate investing.
