About Andrew Dephillips

Andrew's foundation in the building industry began in his youth, where he collaborated with his father and brothers in the custom home construction sector. This early exposure ignited his passion for real estate, as he became fascinated by the nuances that contribute to successful transactions for both families and investors. A graduate of Dowling High School in 1999, Andrew pursued his education from the Midwest to the Southwest, ultimately earning a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Arizona State University in 2004. Recognizing the importance of family values, he chose to return to Iowa to establish his roots.

In 2011, Andrew launched Des Moines Home Source, marking the beginning of his formal career in real estate, assisting home buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process. As a dedicated member of the National Association of Realtors, the Iowa Association of Realtors, and the Des Moines Area Association of Realtors, he has quickly ascended to prominence within the Des Moines market and RE/MAX.

By 2014, Andrew expanded his expertise by joining The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing®, connecting him with an international network of professionals specializing in luxury properties. He holds several prestigious designations, including Accredited Buyer Representative, Residential Construction Certified, and Certified New Home Specialist, and he collaborates with various home builders. Outside of his professional endeavors, Andrew resides in Waukee with his wife, Gina, and their two sons, Dylan and Caleb.
