Andy’s foundation in real estate began early, growing up in a family of builders. From a young age, he spent summers immersed in construction, gaining practical experience that fueled his desire to understand the industry. Throughout high school, he worked diligently on various construction sites, which laid the groundwork for his future endeavors.

While pursuing a degree in business with a focus on land economics, Andy continued to build his expertise by working full-time as a site supervisor for a residential and commercial developer. In this role, he oversaw both residential tract developments and commercial projects, honing his skills in project management.

Upon completing his degree, Andy joined Lennar Corporation, where he specialized in underwriting and acquiring new development opportunities. He played a key role in managing projects through the entitlement process, further solidifying his knowledge of the real estate landscape.

In response to the 2008 market downturn, Andy relocated to the Bay Area, seeking to apply his transaction and entitlement expertise in a more dynamic market. Since then, he has established a successful career representing buyers, sellers, and developers in residential real estate, while also managing his own development and construction projects.
