About Andrew Fisher

**Andy Fisher: Real Estate Professional**

Andy Fisher’s journey in real estate is deeply rooted in his upbringing along the Gulf Coast, specifically in Lake Jackson, Texas. From an early age, he was immersed in the industry, spending weekends working on job sites with his grandfather, a mobile home repair contractor. This experience instilled in him a strong work ethic and a foundational understanding of the real estate landscape.

After graduating high school, Andy relocated to Chicago, where he secured an entry-level position in property management through his aunt. His dedication and commitment quickly propelled him to the role of leasing director for the Midwest region of one of the largest apartment communities in the area. Although he thrived in this fast-paced environment, his heart remained in Texas.

Andy moved to College Station to pursue a degree in architecture at Blinn College, with aspirations of attending Texas A&M. During this time, he also worked as a school bus driver for the College Station Independent School District, where he had the unique opportunity to meet former President George H.W. Bush at his presidential library.

Realizing his true passion lay in real estate, Andy returned to the company he had worked for in Chicago, taking on a leasing agent position in Austin. A serendipitous discovery of an affordable round-trip ticket to Frankfurt, Germany, prompted him to embark on a life-changing adventure. He spent a year backpacking across Europe, working in a hostel in the picturesque village of Gryon, Switzerland, and exploring cities such as Amsterdam, Rome, and Geneva.

Upon returning to the United States, Andy resumed his career in property management. A conversation with a friend prompted him to consider becoming a Realtor, a path he had not previously contemplated. In 2007, he took the leap and entered the real estate profession. Over the years, he has navigated the market through various cycles, including the challenges of the 2008 crash, which ultimately led to a resurgence in the Austin area.

With over 12 years of experience, Andy has successfully assisted countless clients in buying, selling, leasing, and investing in real estate. His journey has been marked by valuable lessons learned from various companies, brokers, and agents. Currently affiliated with Keller Williams Realty, Andy has built a dedicated team that he is proud to lead, including his wife, Jodi, who plays a crucial role in their success.

Andy is passionate about providing exceptional service and is grateful for the clients who have entrusted him with their real estate needs. He is excited about the future and looks forward to continuing to grow within Keller Williams Realty, a company renowned for its commitment to client satisfaction and innovative tools that enhance the home-buying experience. Andy welcomes the opportunity to make new clients part of his real estate family.

If you need to reach working real estate agents in the Austin metro area, this list was built for you. Mortgage lenders, title companies, PropTech platforms, insurance providers, continuing education companies, and recruiters all buy Travis County real estate agent email list data to connect directly with licensed professionals who are actively closing deals. These are not passive leads — they are credentialed agents verified through the Texas Real Estate Commission, and they are the exact decision-makers your offer needs to reach.

With {{AGENT_COUNT}} actively licensed agents in Travis County carrying verified email addresses, and {{CELL_COUNT}} of those records also including cell phone numbers, this list gives your outreach campaign the density it needs to produce real results. Whether you are launching a drip campaign through a cold-email platform like Zap Contact (zapcontact.com) or building a targeted call list, the data is ready to deploy without hours of cleaning or guesswork on your end.

Why Buy a Travis County Real Estate Agent Email List From Dr Bill

Every record in this database is sourced directly from state licensing board filings, which means you are not buying scraped web data or recycled junk from a data broker who last touched their files two years ago. New emails are added weekly, the full list is cleaned monthly, and the entire database is refreshed from the ground up every six months. That process is what backs our 96% deliverability guarantee — a number most cheap alternatives cannot come close to matching because they have no systematic cleaning process at all.

Dr Bill has been in this business since 2005 and has sold over 31,000 lists to clients across mortgage, insurance, title, tech, and professional services. That track record matters when you are making a purchasing decision. Fly-by-night data sellers will not still be answering your calls next month. We will, and we stand behind every list we deliver.

How to Use This Travis County Agent List

The most immediate use is email outreach through a cold-email platform — Zap Contact (zapcontact.com) is purpose-built for this kind of B2B prospecting and integrates cleanly with this data format. Beyond email, the same records support direct mail campaigns, phone outreach using the included cell numbers, and LinkedIn audience matching to layer on paid social reach. Each channel compounds the others when you run them in sequence.

You can also segment the list by broker versus individual sales agent to tailor your message appropriately. A pitch aimed at a broker principal lands very differently than one directed at a newly licensed solo agent, and this data supports that distinction cleanly.

Why Travis County, Texas Agent Data Matters

Travis County covers Austin, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Manor, Lago Vista, and surrounding communities — one of the most active real estate markets in the entire state. Targeting agents here with a statewide Texas blast means your message is diluted across markets you may not serve. County-level precision means every contact in this file is actually relevant to your geographic footprint.

With {{AGENT_COUNT}} verified agents available at the county level, and data further segmentable by city and zip code — a capability no other vendor currently offers at the zip code level within Travis County — you have the flexibility to focus your budget exactly where your pipeline needs it most.
