About Andrew Kammer

Andy Kammer, a lifelong resident of Chicago’s South Side, brings a wealth of experience and a personal touch to the real estate industry. His formative years were enriched by participation in the Boy Scouts and Sea Cadets, as well as a passion for full-contact ice hockey at local parks. As the eldest of eight siblings, Andy cherishes the memories of a vibrant childhood surrounded by family and friends.

A graduate of Carl Sandburg High School, Andy met his wife, Kim, during his school years. After a few years of working, they started a family, welcoming three children into their lives. Early in his career, Andy gained hands-on experience in construction, focusing on remodeling HUD homes and undertaking various drywall, painting, and carpentry projects. He became a licensed Real Estate Broker in the late 1970s, joining his father at Century 21 Kammer and DiCola.

While raising their family, Kim dedicated herself to being a stay-at-home mom. Tragically, they lost their son Patrick in an accident four years ago, a loss that has profoundly impacted their lives. Today, Andy and Kim enjoy the company of their four grandchildren, with the two eldest, Kyle and Kaleb, living with them. Kyle is currently attending Auburn University, while Kaleb is a senior at Barron Collier High School.

For 37 years, Andy worked with Seneca Petroleum Company, selling liquid asphalt to hot mix plants across Illinois and Wisconsin. This role allowed him to cultivate lasting relationships, many of which have become akin to family. Upon retiring at 60, Andy relocated to Naples to embark on a new chapter in real estate. He has since earned the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation, equipping him to assist Naples’ diverse international clientele.

In his personal life, Andy and Kim enjoy spending time with friends and family. They frequently visit their home in Powers Lake, Wisconsin, where Kaleb indulges his passion for fishing, while the family enjoys recreational activities on the water. Although they love golfing, Andy has found it challenging to balance his newfound commitment to real estate with leisure activities. He also enjoys riding his Harley and has participated in several motorcycle excursions out west with friends.

A certified scuba diver, Andy has traveled extensively, exploring many beautiful destinations around the globe. He is actively involved in his community, serving as an Elder at Faith Lutheran Church. Having owned a second home in Naples for over 42 years, Andy has witnessed the transformation of this once quaint fishing village into the thriving community it is today.

For those seeking the best deals in the market or looking to maximize their property sales through Coldwell Banker’s Listing Concierge, Andy is ready to assist.

Major Collier County, Florida Real Estate Markets

Naples dominates as the county's primary real estate hub, with its downtown core, beach communities, and exclusive golf course developments like Pelican Bay and Port Royal commanding some of Florida's highest property values. The city's luxury market extends into surrounding areas including Bonita Springs, which straddles the Lee-Collier county line, and eastward communities like Golden Gate and Lely Resort, offering more accessible price points while maintaining the Naples lifestyle appeal.

Beyond Naples, Collier County encompasses diverse markets including Marco Island's high-rise condominiums and waterfront estates, Immokalee's agricultural and working-class communities, and the emerging Ave Maria planned community. The Eastern Collier region, including areas near Everglades City, presents unique opportunities in eco-tourism and rural properties, while the Estates area offers large-lot homes popular with buyers seeking privacy and space.

Market Dynamics and Geographic Complexity

Collier County's real estate market operates on distinct seasonal rhythms, with peak activity during winter months when seasonal residents and tourists drive demand, followed by slower summers that often present opportunities for locals and investors. The market's geographic diversity creates multiple micro-markets, from beachfront condos starting at seven figures to inland single-family homes, rural acreage, and commercial properties serving the county's tourism and agricultural industries.

Environmental factors significantly influence development patterns, with wetlands preservation, hurricane considerations, and flood zones creating complex regulatory environments that require specialized local knowledge. This complexity, combined with the area's appeal to international buyers and investors, has created a sophisticated market where agents must understand luxury sales protocols, resort property management, and agricultural land transactions.

Why Businesses Need Collier County, Florida Agent Contact Data

The concentration of affluent real estate professionals in Collier County creates exceptional opportunities for B2B service providers, from mortgage companies and title services to luxury home contractors, technology platforms, and marketing agencies. These agents collectively handle billions in annual transactions and require specialized services including staging companies, photography services, legal support, and continuing education providers.

Financial services companies, insurance providers, and wealth management firms find particular value in connecting with Collier County agents who work with high-net-worth clients requiring sophisticated financial products. Additionally, technology companies, CRM providers, and digital marketing platforms can leverage these agent contacts to penetrate Florida's competitive real estate technology market, while home service businesses can build referral networks essential for success in this relationship-driven market.
