About Andrew Mauldin
A Gainesville native, Andrew has a deep-rooted appreciation for his community. He met his wife, Amber, an ICU nurse at Shands, during their high school years, and they have been partners ever since. Together, they are raising their son, Brady, and are excited for him to experience the joys of growing up in Gainesville.
Andrew pursued higher education at Stetson University in DeLand, Florida, where he played baseball while earning his Bachelor of Business Administration and MBA. After several years in business-to-business sales, he transitioned to real estate in 2017. In March 2020, he joined Pepine Realty, where he serves as both an agent and Sales Manager.
