About Andy Virdell

Born and raised in the picturesque Hill Country, this real estate professional has a deep-rooted connection to the region, having spent countless hours exploring the Llano River and the Highland Lakes. A graduate of Llano High School, he pursued a degree in Finance with a focus on Real Estate at Texas Tech University in Lubbock.

Following his graduation, he began his career as an Acquisition and Due Diligence Coordinator for a commercial land development firm in Marble Falls. His role involved extensive travel across Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona, providing him with a broad perspective on land development. Seeking new challenges, he transitioned to a position as a Land Agent for the City of Fort Worth, where he managed various real estate transactions, including the acquisition of parkland, the sale of surplus properties, and the procurement of easements for utility and road projects.

Despite his rewarding experience in public service, he and his wife, Natalie, felt a compelling urge to return to the Hill Country to establish their roots. Growing up in a family that owns Landmaster, he has been immersed in the real estate industry from a young age, which has fueled his passion for the field.
