Angela Martinez has been a licensed real estate professional in Contra Costa and Alameda Counties since 1989. For the past 15 years, she has excelled as a top-producing agent at Windermere Diablo Realty. Angela believes that investing in real estate represents one of the most significant financial decisions individuals will make in their lives.

With 25 years of combined experience in the real estate sector, Angela has established herself as a skilled sales strategist, adept at designing and executing effective marketing and sales programs. Recently, she earned the designation of CERTIFIED MENTOR through Brian Buffini’s Peak Producer training program, further enhancing her ability to guide clients.

Angela takes pride in assisting buyers and sellers across the California Delta and the San Francisco Bay Area. Throughout her career, she has successfully facilitated over 6,000 real estate transactions. Her commitment to the industry is evident through her 10 years of service at the Contra Costa Association of REALTORS, where she spent five years on the Grievance Committee and another five on the Professional Standards Committee. Currently, she is an active member of the local board for the Women's Council of Realtors, Contra Costa Chapter.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Angela enjoys summer boating on the Delta and snowboarding in the winter months on the nearby mountains.
