About Anita Frank

In the 1980s, this real estate professional pursued a degree in Physical Education at Penn State University, where she was an active member of the Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority and participated in the synchronized swimming team. While residing in State College, she raised four children and taught various movement classes, including gymnastics and water aerobics.

After relocating to Mechanicsburg in the mid-1990s, she dedicated herself to her family, managing her children’s busy sports schedules. In 2006, as her children gained independence, she sought a new career path. Initially starting as a Certified Home Stager during a challenging economic period, she returned to academia and earned a degree in Recreational Therapy from York College of Pennsylvania in 2009. Her motivation for this career stemmed from a desire to assist clients in restoring their social, cognitive, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, ultimately helping them regain confidence and coping skills.

Her professional journey began as an activity coordinator in an adult daycare setting, where she spent two years fostering relationships with seniors, providing encouragement and motivation. After leaving this role to support her daughter through a difficult time, she pursued real estate training with the intention of aiding seniors in navigating transitions in their lives. Her experience in the adult daycare environment highlighted the importance of "aging in place," a concept she deeply respects, having witnessed its significance with her own grandparents.

Understanding that some seniors may need to part with their family homes, she aims to facilitate smooth transitions for both seniors and their families. With a compassionate approach, she recognizes the emotional challenges that accompany such changes and is dedicated to helping clients navigate these difficult moments.

Having completed her real estate licensure in Florida, she is well-positioned to serve clients in both the Tampa Bay area and her home state. Collaborating with buyer agents in both regions allows her to provide seamless support, ensuring her clients can explore potential homes while she travels between locations.

An advocate for physical wellness, she incorporates exercise into her daily routine, believing it enhances self-esteem, energy levels, relaxation, and cognitive function.
