About Anita Quillman

A dedicated real estate professional, Anita has deep roots in Southern California, having graduated from Point Loma High School, where she excelled academically while actively participating in various sports and cheerleading.

In 1981, she relocated to Encinitas to raise her family and embarked on her real estate journey in 1984. Over the past three decades, she has established herself as a full-time real estate agent and REALTOR®, holding a broker’s license for the last 11 years. Currently, she serves as the Broker of Record at Sea Coast Exclusive Properties, where she has been a steadfast presence for nearly 30 years.

Her commitment to the real estate profession extends beyond her agency. For over 35 years, Anita has played a significant role in leadership within the local Association of REALTORS®, beginning with the San Dieguito Association of REALTORS®. She initially joined the District Council for Encinitas and its surrounding areas, later being elected to the Board of Directors for the North San Diego County Association of REALTORS® (NSDCAR).

In 2009, Anita was recognized as REALTOR® of the Year by NSDCAR, an honor awarded to only one REALTOR® among nearly 5,000 members. She has served two terms on the NSDCAR Board of Directors, including a tenure as Chair (President) in 2015. Her contributions also include roles as Treasurer and Chair of Asset Management, along with numerous volunteer positions.

Her influence extends to the California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.), where she served as a Director for 17 years. During her time there, she held various leadership roles, including Chair for Region 29 (NSDCAR) and participated in committees focused on Membership, Property Management, Common Interest Development, Investment Housing, Home Ownership, Affordable Housing, Taxation, Legislation, Federal Issues, and Equal Opportunity and Cultural Diversity.

Currently, Anita remains actively involved with NSDCAR, contributing her expertise to the Professional Standards Committee. She is passionate about maintaining high standards within the real estate profession and dedicated to serving the needs of buyers and sellers alike.

On a personal note, Anita is proud of her three children and four grandchildren. She also boasts a remarkable athletic background, having been a CIF High School Champion and a Southern California Junior Olympic champion in trampoline gymnastics.
