Ann transitioned to residential real estate with the Grubb Company after gaining valuable experience in the commercial sector as an office sales and leasing agent at Colliers International. Her interest in residential real estate was sparked during her high school years, when she eagerly perused the Real Estate section of the Oakland Tribune each Sunday. This enthusiasm continued as she tracked new listings and final sales prices while purchasing her first home shortly after graduating from college. Her commitment to the market has only deepened since then, particularly after assisting several friends in finding their ideal homes, which ultimately inspired her to pursue real estate as a career.

As a third-generation Oakland native, Ann possesses an in-depth understanding of the local market. She is an alumna of Saint Theresa’s School and Bishop O’Dowd High School, and she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Santa Clara University.
