Raised in Orange County, Ann holds a bachelor's degree in criminal justice with a minor in sociology from California State University, Fullerton. After spending seven years with the Orange and Ventura County Probation Departments, she decided to pivot her career. Following a period dedicated to raising her three children, Ann recognized that a career in real estate in Santa Barbara was the perfect fit. Having lived in Santa Barbara for many years and previously working as a real estate assistant, she obtained her license in 2007. Her diverse experience allows her to connect with a wide range of clients, from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors. Ann’s approach is characterized by empathy, patience, and integrity, earning her a loyal clientele who trust her support.

As a proud mother of three, Ann is deeply familiar with the local educational landscape, including public and private schools, colleges, and universities. Her community involvement extends to various nonprofits, including the Dream Foundation, the Junior League of Santa Barbara, her church, and her children's schools. In her leisure time, Ann enjoys speed walking and participates in local races, as well as taking low-tide beach walks and exploring the many wineries in the Santa Barbara area.
