About Annette Masterson

With a career in real estate that began immediately after high school in Tulsa, Oklahoma, this accomplished professional was initially employed by First American Title Company. Following a move to Houston, Texas, she expanded her expertise by enrolling in college-level real estate courses. Throughout the 1980s, she and her husband, David Masterson, traveled extensively due to his career commitments. Together, they founded Masterson Homes Inc., a company dedicated to building single-family residential homes in the Middle Tennessee region.

Married since 1979, they are proud parents of three children, all of whom are married, and they enjoy the company of five granddaughters and five grand-dogs. Their eldest daughter graduated from Augusta University in 2009, while her husband earned degrees from Ole Miss in 2012 and the University of Alabama in 2014. The younger children and their spouses are alumni of Middle Tennessee State University.

In 1990, she obtained her first real estate license in Illinois and became a member of the Alton/Wood River Association of Realtors. After relocating to Murfreesboro, Tennessee in 1994, she joined the Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors and has since dedicated herself to serving the local community as a full-time agent. Leading the Masterson Network, her team focuses on new construction, residential listings and sales, relocations, and foreclosures, currently comprising four licensed agents.

Throughout her career, she has consistently ranked among the top three agents across various brokerages. For over a decade, she has also played a pivotal role in mentoring new agents and assisting her broker with their training. Her accolades include being named Realtor of the Year by the Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors in 1997, earning the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation in 2000, and becoming a licensed broker in Tennessee in 2005. In 2008, she received the RCS-D designation from Divorce This House, further showcasing her commitment to professional development in the real estate industry.
