Ted Iturriria is a co-founder and co-owner of Central Cal Management Inc Prior to the founding of Central Cal Management Ted spent over 19 years at AimLoan com where he helped grow the company from a California based three-person Mortgage Broker to a Nationwide Mortgage Banker with over 175 employees \n\nDuring his tenure at AimLoan com Ted served as its VP of Loan Production for over 16 years and oversaw Sales Secondary Marketing Advertising (Online and Traditional) and IT \n\nIn addition to Ted’s tenure at AimLoan com he also spent four years in Banking one year in online marketing and three months working as the CEO of a Bakersfield based Property Management company \n\nTed attended San Diego State University where he studied Business Management and Real Estate He is a graduate of North High School and also attended Bakersfield College He is the proud father of three daughters and has been happily married to his wife Bernadette since 2004 \n\nTed holds his California Department of Real Estate Broker’s License (DRE 01260033)
