Born and raised in "sunny" Washington state AJ's favorite thing about living in Vancouver is that it is an hour and a half from EVERYTHING (beach mountains outlet malls etc) He also loves that Vancouver isn't the biggest city in the area so it feels like a close-knit community but is only minutes away from city life in Portland

AJ started his work life on a cruise ship in Hawaii but soon found that he missed the beautiful Pacific Northwest When he returned home he worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years until he found himself longing to help people in a different capacity As a homeowner himself he understands that buying a home can be difficult and stressful For AJ real estate is about helping his clients find a place they are excited to spend time in while educating them on the home buying process so the experience is more enjoyable

AJ's priorities in life are God family helping people and seeing the world He is a tea aficionado but is obsessed with coffee snowboarding hiking and the outdoors In his spare time he loves storm watching at the beach traveling the world and spending time at church mentoring teenage boys through some of life's hardest challenges Last but not least he is a huge dog lover!

AJ's goals in real estate and in life are to exceed all his clients expectations sponsor missionaries around the world and learn to play the guitar He would eventually like to own a cabin in the Santa Cruz mountains where friends and family can visit and fund construction of a school in El Salvador
