Ray is a lifelong resident of Tampa, having spent the last 15 years in Wesley Chapel with his wife, Kristi, and their son, Carter. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, complemented by a minor in Economics, from the University of South Florida.

With over a decade of experience in restaurant management, Ray has honed his expertise in branding and staff training.
