About Anthony Rodriguez

Welcome friends ! As a kid growing up in the Twin Cities I always appreciated the architectural designs of the homes here in Minnesota Using natural materials like river stone and cedar wood with high quality construction has always been important to me I followed my inspiration for architecture and I enrolled at Dunwoody College to earn my first architecture degree After completing my first degree in architecture at Dunwoody my design work caught the eye of the Minnesota president of the American Institute of Architects Toby Rapson and I was recommended to attend the University of Minnesota School of Architecture to earn my second degree in architecture and become an architect Following my success at the University of Minnesota I found myself working with successful contractors such as Mortenson Construction I then began working with distinguished architects in the twin cities which eventually led me to the opportunity to design Lifetimes all across the country and work along side Bahram Akradi

At this point I began to think of other opportunities that I would be interested in embarking on I realized that real estate would be a truly amazing field to dive into because it coincides with my passion of architecture and would also allow me to be able to work with members of my own community The idea of me being able to be there step-by-step with my clients in order to ensure they have a stress free experience in a market that can be overwhelming brings me a true sense of pride

I am very passionate about giving my architectural expertise and background to buyers and sellers I believe that everyone should be able to own a home without digging deep in their pockets which is why I believe in going the extra mile and working closely with lenders and using down payment assistance programs that save my clients money
