To facilitate efficient property rehabilitation and maintenance, they have developed a reliable team of contractors who offer competitive pricing. Jurgen has also contributed to the real estate community by serving on the Board of Directors of the Monterey County Association of Realtors.

With additional training in negotiation and dispute resolution, as well as coursework in energy management, natural building, and photovoltaic solar systems, Jurgen's expertise is further enhanced by his academic background, which includes degrees in Marketing and Accounting.
