Argelia Marin is a seasoned real estate professional with a strong focus on the buying, selling, and exchanging of residential properties, condominiums, and income-generating assets in the Oxnard region. Argelia embarked on her real estate journey in March 1993, initially serving as an assistant to a broker. By the end of that year, she transitioned to an independent associate and joined the Century 21 network in February 1997. Currently, she holds the position of Associate Real Estate Broker.

A firm advocate for continuous education, Argelia has pursued various training opportunities to enhance the quality of service she offers to her clients. Her professional development includes an extensive 11-month program with The Droz Corporation, led by Jim Droz, as well as personalized coaching from Providence Seminars, founded by Brian Buffini.

In addition to her real estate endeavors, Argelia is actively engaged in community service. She co-founded the Ventura County chapter of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, where she served as Vice President in 2002. She is also a founding member of the Gold Coast Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Argelia dedicates her time to philanthropic initiatives, having chaired and sponsored an annual fundraiser to support therapy programs at the local Easter Seals affiliate, particularly focusing on the Early Intervention Infant Development Program.
