Arica Haering brings two decades of expertise in both new home construction and existing property sales to the Treasure Coast of Florida. Originally from New York, she relocated to Florida in 1999 and pursued an Associate in Arts Degree at Indian River State College. In 2002, she joined the land acquisition team at Mercedes Homes, and two years later, she was recruited by KB Home, where she further honed her skills in land acquisition. After mastering purchasing, Arica transitioned to the permitting and closing departments at KB Home.

As the real estate market evolved in the mid-2000s, Arica began to assist clients in navigating their buying and selling journeys. She has built a strong rapport with individuals relocating to the Treasure Coast, leveraging her keen analytical skills to provide clients with accurate data and insights throughout the listing and purchasing processes.
