Arlo Nugent serves as the Broker and Owner of Blue Chip Realty Group, bringing a wealth of expertise to the real estate sector. His proficiency in negotiation, liability mitigation, and contract management stems from four years of collaboration with two of San Diego’s leading real estate attorneys before establishing his brokerage in 2012. Arlo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business and pursued further studies in Marketing in England.

In addition to his undergraduate education, Arlo has completed 96 classroom hours at the Graduate Realtor Institute, focusing on Real Estate Laws, Contracts, Valuations, Ethics, and Finance. His commitment to excellence has earned him recognition as a Five Star Real Estate Agent by San Diego Magazine for ten consecutive years, along with the esteemed VA Pro Designation in 2012.

Arlo frequently shares his insights as a subject matter expert on various cable television real estate programs, including Lifestyles San Diego and segments on Fox 5. He is an active member of several professional organizations, including the National Association of Realtors, the San Diego Association of Realtors, the La Jolla Real Estate Broker Association (REBA), and the Coronado Real Estate Association.

In addition to his real estate career, Arlo has been a licensed pilot for 16 years and is affiliated with the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA). He is also a lifetime member of Lions Club International and the California Highway Patrol 11-99 Foundation, serving as an Honorary Captain with the Honorary Deputy Sheriffs’ Association. Outside of his professional commitments, Arlo dedicates numerous hours each year to volunteer as a first responder for the County of San Diego.
