Art Herling has dedicated over 36 years to the real estate sector, amassing a remarkable portfolio of more than 17,000 transactions. He embarked on his career in 1980 with Township Realty in Upper Dublin Township, Montgomery County. By 1985, Art had already surpassed $16 million in production within a single year, leading to his swift promotion to Manager following the acquisition of Township Realty by AD&P. During his tenure, he was honored as Manager of the Year on four occasions.

In 1987, Art transitioned to Weichert Realtors, where he continued to excel in his managerial role, ultimately propelling his office to become the top-producing real estate office in the region.
