About Asher Ouazanan

Asher Ouazanan, originally from Los Angeles, California, was raised in both Paris and New York. His early exposure to diverse urban environments sparked a profound interest in real estate, leading him to pursue a degree in urban real estate development at Baruch University in New York City.

Demonstrating his commitment to the industry, Asher served as a property manager for over 500 residential units in New York City. With a vision to establish a presence in Florida’s real estate market, he relocated to South Florida, where he took on the role of Leasing Director at Majestic Properties. His dual licensure in New York and Florida proved to be a significant asset.

Asher then joined the esteemed Fortune International Development team as the Sales and Leasing Director for the Artech Condominium in Aventura, where he successfully oversaw the complete sell-out of the property. His achievements led to an opportunity with the distinguished Jorge Perez of the Related Group and Alicia Cervera at the new Bal Harbour Branch, located in the iconic Harbour House building.
