In 2007, Ashley relocated from Baltimore, Maryland, to Wilmington, North Carolina, after earning her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Sports Science from Frostburg State University. Captivated by Wilmington's charm, she quickly decided to make it her permanent residence. Shortly thereafter, she pursued an Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy Assistance at Cape Fear Community College.

Ashley has a rich background in the service industry, which she balanced while attending college. Her experience working with patients in skilled nursing facilities has fueled her passion for helping others. This compassionate approach allows her to connect deeply with clients, understanding the various life stages they navigate.
