Upon graduating, Ashley utilized her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management to secure a marketing position with a prominent building company. Her commitment to professional growth led her to earn her Florida Broker's License and establish her own brokerage by the age of 25.

Although she enjoyed running her own firm, Ashley's passion for client interaction and high-quality marketing drew her to Coldwell Banker for eight years. In November 2014, she and her husband John joined forces to create the Houseman Team, amplifying their marketing capabilities and service quality.
