Ashley Manning became a dedicated member of the Southern Properties real estate team in 2014, bringing with her a wealth of experience from the hosiery and construction sectors. Her transition into real estate was driven by a desire for new challenges, and she possesses a level of determination that distinguishes her in the industry.

A lifelong resident of DeKalb County, Ashley grew up in Valley Head and graduated from Valley Head High School. She pursued higher education at Northeast Alabama Community College, where she earned a Paralegal Degree with a remarkable 4.0 GPA. Following this achievement, she continued her studies at Jacksonville State University, ultimately obtaining her Real Estate License.

Ashley, along with her husband Eddie and son Chance, proudly resides in Mentone. Her strong ties to the communities of Valley Head and Mentone have significantly contributed to her success in real estate, as she remains actively engaged in local initiatives.
