Ashley Pederson is a dedicated real estate professional with deep roots in Jefferson City, Missouri, where she was born and raised. Her upbringing in the capital city provided her with a solid foundation, having attended Belair Elementary, Thomas Jefferson Middle School, and Jefferson City High School. Her family has a longstanding presence in the community; her parents, Bill and Kitty Gates, operated Thomas Jefferson's Men's Wear in downtown Jefferson City and at the Capital Mall. Additionally, her brother, Chris Gates, is a commercial realtor with Kolb Properties.

Ashley pursued her higher education at William Woods College before transferring to Seminole College in Florida, where she majored in Interior Design. Although much of her family resides in Florida, Ashley felt a strong pull towards the changing seasons and the familiarity of her Missouri roots. She ultimately completed her studies at the University of Missouri-St. Louis, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

From 2004 to 2008, Ashley gained valuable experience in real estate while working in Lake Ozark, Missouri. It was during this time that she met her husband, David Pederson, a civil engineer with SM Wilson, who also hails from Jefferson City. The couple married in May 2009 and decided to return to their hometown, where Ashley resumed her real estate career.

With her background in Interior Design, Ashley offers clients a unique perspective on property aesthetics, including color, layout, and ambiance.
