About Ashley Treasure-Duncan

In 2006, Ashley Treasure-Duncan made the transition from her coastal hometown in Southern California to Colorado Springs. She earned a degree in Communications with a focus on Public Relations from California State University, Fullerton, and subsequently gained experience in high-pressure roles within public relations and recruitment for Fortune 500 companies. During this period, Ashley and her husband, David, began their search for their first home in California. Faced with housing prices that exceeded their budget as recent college graduates, they adopted a creative approach to expand their options.

With a strong passion for health, fitness, and outdoor activities, Colorado emerged as an ideal location for Ashley. In 2012, the couple sold their first home and embarked on an ambitious renovation of a 1939 farmhouse, all while residing in it with their three young sons: Talen, Beckett, Nash, and later, Maverick. This experience equipped Ashley with invaluable insights into financing and managing extensive home renovations.

Whether clients are buying, selling, or building, Ashley is dedicated to meticulously overseeing every aspect of the process, providing guidance at each stage to help them achieve their objectives.
