Bob Khalsa is a distinguished real estate professional with a robust background in both military and commercial aviation. He graduated from the Air Force Academy in 1973 and served in the U.S. Air Force until 1996, achieving the rank of Colonel. His military career included roles as a fighter pilot, flight instructor, and flight safety inspector. Following his honorable discharge, he transitioned to commercial aviation, flying for Atlas and United Airlines from 1996 to 2002, where he operated Boeing 747-400 and Airbus A320/A310 aircraft.

In the realm of education, Bob held a California Preliminary Single Subject Teaching Credential in Science, teaching Integrated Science, Physics, and Math at Monroe High School in North Hills, CA, from 2002 to 2005.
