Banu Enes, a native of Istanbul, Turkey, was born in 1974. She graduated from Bilkent University in 1999 and began her professional journey at Marriott International in New York in 2000. Following a six-year tenure with a petroleum logistics firm in New York, Banu transitioned to the events industry before relocating to Miami, Florida, in 2014.

Her early exposure to sales through her parents' bookstore during her school years laid a strong foundation for her career. Within just six months of entering the real estate sector, Banu achieved the Certified Accredited Professional (CAP) designation, demonstrating her dedication and enthusiasm for the field.
