About Barbara Lymberis

Barbara Lymberis has made significant contributions to the real estate industry, notably serving as the 2012 President of the Santa Clara County Association of REALTORS (SCCAOR). In recognition of her exceptional service, she was named Realtor of the Year in 2015. Together with her husband Nick, she co-manages Perfect Harmony Properties, a brokerage dedicated to serving clients in Silicon Valley and the Tri-Valley area. With over 22 years of full-time experience, Barbara and Nick have successfully completed hundreds of transactions.

Originally from the East Coast, Barbara relocated to San Jose in 1978 and began her real estate career in 2002. She has held positions with Coldwell Banker and Compass in Willow Glen, and she started her journey at Prudential California Realty, also located on Lincoln Avenue. Prior to her real estate career, Barbara worked in marketing and public relations within the technology sector and was a professional vocalist.

Barbara and Nick's paths crossed in 1983 while performing leading roles with Opera San Jose, where Nick was practicing law. Their shared passion for the arts blossomed into a marriage and a collaborative partnership that transitioned from law to real estate.

In 2006, Barbara's dedication was recognized with multiple accolades, including the "Realtor of the Year Award" from the Santa Clara Valley Women's Council of Realtors, the "Volunteer of the Year" award from SCCAOR, and membership in the "Million Dollar Club" by the Luxury Home Institute, a distinction she continues to hold. She possesses several industry designations, including Certified Real Estate Specialist (CRS), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Performance/Management/Network (PMN), and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS). Additionally, she is certified in the National Association of Realtors' "One America" program and has completed mediation and negotiation training at Pepperdine Law School.

Barbara has actively participated in various committees at SCCAOR, focusing primarily on Government Affairs. Her leadership extends to the California Association of REALTORS, where she has served as a Director and participated in the IMPAC, CREPAC, and Legislative/Federal committees. At the national level, she has been an NAR Director and contributed to the Consumer Communications Committee for the National Association of Realtors.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Barbara is committed to community service, having served on the boards of the Livermore Valley Opera, San Jose Chamber Orchestra, and the Steinway Society. She is also an alumna of the Mission City Community Fund Board.

Barbara holds a Bachelor of Music from the esteemed Boston Conservatory of Music and a Master’s in Music from San Jose State University. In her free time, she enjoys performing on stage, taking long walks, traveling, watching movies, and spending quality time with Nick and their five cats.

If you need direct access to working real estate professionals in the East Bay, this list was built for you. Mortgage lenders, title companies, PropTech platforms, insurance providers, continuing education companies, and recruiters all buy Alameda County real estate agent email list data to run outreach campaigns that actually reach the right people. These are not passive consumers — they are licensed, active agents who make purchasing decisions and refer business constantly.

Whether you are launching a new loan product, promoting an E&O insurance plan, recruiting for a brokerage, or selling a transaction management platform, cold outreach only works when your list is current and deliverable. This dataset gives you {{AGENT_COUNT}} actively licensed agents with verified email addresses, plus {{CELL_COUNT}} agents who also have cell phone numbers on file — giving you multiple channels to work with from a single purchase.

Why Buy a Alameda County Real Estate Agent Email List From Dr Bill

Every record in this list is sourced directly from the California Department of Real Estate licensing database, cross-referenced and verified before it reaches you. New emails are added weekly, the full list is cleaned monthly, and the entire database is rebuilt from scratch bi-annually. That process is why we can back the data with a 96% deliverability guarantee — something you will not find from cheap list brokers who recycle old exports and hope for the best.

Dr Bill has been in the data business since 2005 and has sold over 31,000 lists to clients across the mortgage, title, insurance, and technology industries. That track record matters when you are spending money on an outreach campaign and need the list to perform. Bargain alternatives typically run 60 to 70 percent deliverability at best, which means a significant portion of your campaign budget is wasted before a single email is read.

How to Use This Alameda County Agent List

The most common use case is direct email outreach through a cold-email platform. Tools like Zap Contact (zapcontact.com) are built specifically for this type of campaign, letting you sequence, track opens, and manage replies without burning your primary domain. You can also use this data for direct mail campaigns, ringless voicemail drops to cell numbers, or uploading to LinkedIn for matched audience advertising.

Segmenting by broker versus sales agent lets you tailor your message precisely — a recruiting pitch to a managing broker looks very different from one sent to an independent agent. The data supports that level of targeting right out of the box, so your campaigns can speak directly to the role each contact actually holds.

Why Alameda County, California Agent Data Matters

Alameda County covers a dense and diverse market that includes Oakland, Berkeley, Fremont, Hayward, Livermore, and Newark, among others. Each city has its own active agent community, and reaching them with a statewide California list means your message is buried under irrelevant volume. Local targeting sharpens your response rates significantly, and with {{AGENT_COUNT}} verified agents in this county alone, the audience is large enough to drive real results.

No other vendor offers zip code level segmentation within Alameda County — most competitors only sell at the state or county level, forcing you to pay for contacts you cannot use. This list is available at the state, county, city, and zip code level, so you can target a single zip in Fremont or the entire county depending on your campaign scope. That precision is what separates a list that converts from one that just fills an inbox.
