Barbara Radke brings over fifteen years of successful sales experience from the office products industry, where she served as a regional manager for an international writing instrument manufacturer. Transitioning to real estate, she has earned several prestigious designations, including CRS, E-Pro, CDPE, CNE, and SRES. Barbara has held significant roles within the Conejo Simi Moorpark Association of Realtors (CSMAR), including Chairperson of the Rules and Compliance Committee and membership on the Grievance and Pro-Standards Committee. Previously, she managed international film sales for a Hollywood production company, attending film festivals to engage with major distributors worldwide. Additionally, she worked with CBS Television in San Francisco, where she represented both local and national advertising accounts and contributed to various television and digital advertising campaigns. After relocating back to her hometown of Westlake Village, Heather transitioned into real estate, finding fulfillment in assisting buyers in discovering their ideal homes.
