Barry launched his professional journey in corporate human resources, amassing over two decades of experience. His role as Corporate Vice President of Human Resources involved managing multiple corporate relocations, ultimately leading him to Central Florida in 1990. In this capacity, he oversaw the transition of headquarters and the relocation of key personnel across the United States.

After years in the corporate sector, Barry sought a more balanced lifestyle that would allow him to spend more time with his family. He returned to his retail roots by opening a stationery and gift boutique in Altamonte Mall, where he successfully operated for 16 years. This entrepreneurial venture paved the way for his transition into real estate, where he quickly made a mark by earning the Watson Realty Corp Rookie of the Month award for the State of Florida, recognizing him for outstanding sales performance as a new agent. Barry has since established himself as a multi-million dollar producer and holds several professional designations, including Accredited Buyer’s Agent, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, Professional Property Stager, and Gold Key Certified.

His extensive background in contract negotiation and customer service equips him to effectively guide both buyers and sellers through the complexities of real estate transactions.

Outside of his professional commitments, Barry enjoys cooking, wine tasting, cruising, and spending time with his adopted Wauzer, Wesley, a mix of West Highland White Terrier and Schnauzer.
