Her commitment to community service led her to take on a management role at the Bavarian Red Cross, where she actively contributed to various initiatives. In 2006, Beate and her family relocated from the picturesque Bavarian Alps to Seattle, Washington, in search of new opportunities. This transition allowed her to cultivate a deep appreciation for diverse cultures, enhancing her understanding of the unique needs and preferences of individuals from various backgrounds. During her time in Seattle, she also served as a teacher at a private German school and worked as a tutor for Rosetta Stone, enriching her educational experience.

In 2011, while seeking a vacation home in Florida, Beate discovered Cape Coral and felt an immediate connection to the area. This marked the beginning of her successful career in real estate, and she has since established her own brokerage.
