About Becky Borci

Born in Cheswick, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Pittsburgh, this real estate professional began her journey in 1978 when she was recruited by the CIA, leading her to the Washington, D.C. area for seven years. During this time, she furthered her education at Northern Virginia Community College. In 1985, she transitioned to Massachusetts, where she served as Program Manager for Banyan Systems, a prominent name in computer networking.

In 1996, she and her husband, Joe, relocated to Port Charlotte, Florida, to expand his national recruiting company. She joined him in this endeavor, contributing to the growth of their business.

Entering the real estate sector in 2000 as an independent agent with Coldwell Banker Sunstar Realty, she quickly partnered with her husband to form a highly effective team. By June 2007, she had earned her Florida Broker's license and, shortly thereafter, her e-Pro designation in September. In April 2008, she established Becky Borci Realty during a challenging market period, successfully guiding her office through adversity. Her extensive background in customer support and business management proved invaluable, as she trained and coached agents to provide exceptional service to clients. Setting high standards, her team has consistently prioritized customer satisfaction throughout the real estate process.

In early 2017, recognizing the limitations of a smaller firm, she and her team made the strategic decision to merge back with Coldwell Banker Sunstar Realty, part of the Schmidt Family of Realtors, in May.
