Kathy's connection to Anna Maria Island began in her youth, when she spent part of her childhood there, witnessing the transformation of the area from a tranquil landscape to a vibrant community. With fond memories of a time when Bean Point was untouched and a beer at Duffy's cost just 55 cents, her passion for the island ultimately led her to make it her permanent home.
