Before transitioning to real estate, Ben gained valuable experience as an actor, administrator, and in corporate customer service. This diverse background informs his approach to negotiations, ensuring that he prioritizes the needs of buyers, sellers, and landlords. His acting training enhances his ability to empathize with clients, allowing him to better understand their desires and requirements. Additionally, his experience as an administrator at a prestigious international law firm equips him with the organizational skills and legal acumen necessary to navigate negotiations, deadlines, leases, and contracts effectively.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Ben is actively engaged in the community and has been a member of the Sacramento Choral Society and Orchestra since 2015. His personal interests encompass health and fitness, nutrition, cycling, yoga, music, theater, outdoor activities, and exploring new experiences.
