Ben is a seasoned entrepreneur who embarked on his first business venture at just 15 years old. Over the years, he has successfully launched, acquired, and sold multiple companies. His passion for real estate emerged during his college years, culminating in a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Real Estate from the University of North Texas, where he also purchased his first rental property.

Upon earning his real estate license, Ben quickly distinguished himself as a leading sales agent at ERA Cornerstone, earning national recognition as a top producer. He attributes his achievements to fostering enduring relationships with clients and consistently delivering exceptional service. In 2010, Ben further advanced his career by obtaining his broker's license. Shortly thereafter, he and his wife, Kristen, partnered with David and Alberta Caswell to co-own ERA Cornerstone.

As the managing broker, Ben oversees a team of 50 skilled realtors, with a shared objective of becoming the most productive office per agent in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Outside of his professional commitments, Ben enjoys spending quality time with Kristen, his wife of 17 years, and their four children. "We prioritize family time," Ben notes.
