About Benjamin Gleeson

In an increasingly fast-paced world, establishing genuine connections can be challenging. This is why I have compiled a list of personal insights to help potential clients understand who I am as a real estate professional. If you are considering my services for buying or selling your home, this information may assist you in determining if we would be a suitable match for collaboration.

Having traveled to Nicaragua in my teens for a mission trip, I had the opportunity to help establish a sister parish in a small town near Managua. I am an avid dog enthusiast, though I must admit that I do not quite understand the appeal of cats. A memorable highlight from my high school days was being crowned Prom King, a title I still cherish.

My travels have taken me to Fiji, where I spent ten days exploring, albeit without realizing beforehand that the beaches were rocky rather than sandy. In my youth, I enjoyed flying, even relishing turbulence; however, my perspective has shifted, and I now approach air travel with more caution.

My professional journey began at the age of 16 with a position at The Gap, a popular retail store at the time. I briefly worked at Starbucks, where my lack of familiarity with the menu led me to prepare the same drink for every customer. I also manage a skin condition called psoriasis, which is not contagious but does result in dry patches on my hands.

A memorable encounter occurred when I accidentally hit motivational speaker Tony Robbins with a swinging door, leaving me quite intimidated by his stature. At 16, I achieved a significant personal goal by SCUBA diving in the Great Barrier Reef, an experience I treasure. I also have fond memories of getting lost in the Capitol building in Washington, D.C., where my best friend and I stumbled upon the train that connects the Capitol to congressional offices.

During my college years, I served as president of my fraternity, Alpha Chi Rho. I have a peculiar preference for Blue Bell Vanilla and Strawberries ice cream, while finding Blue Bell Strawberry flavor unappealing. I am one of the few who enjoys cold weather and all its associated comforts, such as sweaters and skiing.

Born in Germany while my father was stationed there in the Army, I have traveled extensively throughout Europe, though my early memories are hazy. My first car was a manual transmission Volkswagen Jetta, which I fondly remember, along with my favorite vehicle, a five-speed Jeep Wrangler. I keep change in my car to donate to those in need.

While I have a colorful vocabulary, I maintain professionalism and refrain from using strong language in front of clients. My birthday falls on Christmas Day, and I once aspired to become either a veterinarian or a lawyer. I have maintained a friendship with my best friend since the sixth grade, and I still correspond with a pen pal from summer camp, a tradition that has lasted nearly 27 years.

As a real estate agent with extensive knowledge of the local market, I am committed to providing trustworthy and current information to my clients. I look forward to the opportunity to serve you and assist with your real estate needs. Here are some of the services I can offer:

The Cobb County real estate market stands as one of Georgia's most dynamic and diverse property landscapes, attracting homebuyers and investors with its unique blend of suburban charm and metropolitan convenience. Located just northwest of Atlanta, this thriving county has experienced remarkable growth over the past decade, transforming from a primarily residential area into a major economic hub that rivals many standalone metropolitan areas across the Southeast.

What makes Cobb County particularly fascinating is its ability to maintain distinct neighborhood identities while supporting a robust network of 11,342 total actively licensed agents—all of whom maintain active email communications. This substantial professional presence reflects the area's consistent transaction volume and the complexity of serving such a geographically and economically diverse market.

Major Cobb County, Georgia Real Estate Markets

Marietta serves as the county seat and primary market driver, offering everything from historic downtown condominiums to sprawling estate properties in prestigious neighborhoods like East Cobb. The city's proximity to major employers and its well-established infrastructure make it a consistent performer in both residential and commercial sectors. Meanwhile, Kennesaw has emerged as a surprising hotspot for young professionals and families, particularly around Kennesaw State University, where townhomes and modern subdivisions command premium prices.

Smyrna represents another crucial market segment, with its revitalized downtown area attracting significant investment in mixed-use developments and luxury apartments. The western portions of the county, including Powder Springs and Austell, offer more affordable entry points while still providing access to Atlanta's job market, creating distinct micro-markets that require specialized local expertise to navigate effectively.

Market Dynamics and Geographic Complexity

Cobb County's real estate landscape is characterized by dramatic price variations that can shift within just a few miles, largely influenced by school district boundaries, proximity to major highways like I-75 and I-285, and access to the Silver Comet Trail. The county's unique position as both a destination for Atlanta commuters and a self-contained economic center creates interesting dynamics where properties near corporate headquarters in Cumberland or the Battery Atlanta command different premiums than similar homes in more traditional suburban settings.

One surprising trend involves the increasing demand for properties near the county's expanding entertainment and sports venues, particularly around Truist Park and the surrounding development. This area has seen property values increase substantially, while simultaneously creating new opportunities for short-term rental investments and commercial real estate ventures that didn't exist just five years ago.

Why Businesses Need Cobb County, Georgia Agent Contact Data

With 11,342 agents with email addresses actively working in this market, the competition for client attention and professional partnerships is intense. Mortgage lenders, home inspectors, contractors, and other real estate service providers need direct access to these professionals to build the referral networks essential for success in such a fragmented market. The sheer number of active agents also indicates the volume of transactions requiring ancillary services.

Additionally, companies looking to relocate employees to the area or real estate technology firms seeking to penetrate this market need comprehensive contact data to effectively reach decision-makers. The diversity of property types and price points means that different agents specialize in vastly different market segments, making targeted communication strategies essential for businesses hoping to establish meaningful professional relationships in Cobb County's competitive real estate ecosystem.
