Benjamin is a distinguished real estate broker with over sixteen years of experience in the South Florida market. As a member of the Rising Realty Hall of Fame and a top producer at ERA Rising Realty since 2011, Benjamin has consistently demonstrated exceptional performance and dedication to clients.

Currently serving as a broker for both ERA Rising Realty and Keyrenter South Florida LLC, Benjamin holds several prestigious designations, including Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI), e-PRO, and Certified Marketing Specialist. Additionally, Benjamin is a Certified Negotiation Specialist and has earned the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designation.

Benjamin has played a pivotal role in managing the REO team at Rising Realty, overseeing the listing and sale of hundreds of REO properties for banks, financial institutions, and private equity groups. As part of this team, Benjamin has contributed to the successful sale of properties under the MLS name Jason Shapiro. The support team includes four valuation analysts, an offer assistant, a closer, and two field staff members, ensuring a streamlined process for all clients.

A member of both the Florida Association of Realtors (FAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Benjamin is also actively involved in the local Jewish Community Center and has been a member of FLEX MLS since 2004.
