Originally hailing from West Virginia, this seasoned real estate professional relocated to Las Vegas in 1979. After a distinguished career with the federal government, including roles at the Department of Energy, Housing and Urban Development, and Nellis Air Force Base, they retired in 1999.

In 1994, they obtained their real estate license in Southern Nevada with Liberty Realty. By 2005, they transitioned to the National Commercial Group as both a leasing and sales agent, collaborating with prominent casino owners, including the Binion family, as well as the Nevada Gaming Commission and Clark County Housing Authority. Their expertise in the Las Vegas market encompassed the acquisition of apartment buildings and residential properties.

From 2005 to 2010, they served as a realtor and Asset Manager/Owner for Solid Foundation Property Preservation. In this capacity, they managed the safeguarding, bidding, and remediation of foreclosed and abandoned properties across Northern Nevada, including remote locations such as Elko, Ely, Tonopah, Fallon, Fernley, Hawthorne, Reno/Tahoe, and Clark and Nye Counties. Properties were subsequently marketed or sold to investors.

Between 2010 and 2012, they expanded their expertise to Hawaii, where they worked as a realtor alongside a builder/owner, focusing on vacant land and foreclosures for investors. They also held the position of Licensed Asset Manager and Realtor/Owner for Triple Crown Property Preservation, operating in South Philadelphia, Southern New Jersey, Baltimore, Washington, D.C., and West Virginia, where they managed the bidding, rehabilitation, and safeguarding of foreclosed properties.
