As a mother of two daughters—one in high school and the other attending The Ohio State University—she spent nearly 13 years as a stay-at-home mom. When she transitioned back into the workforce, she pursued her passion for fitness by obtaining a personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Although she no longer trains clients, her commitment to fitness remains a vital part of her life.
