Bev Schulz became acquainted with The Woodlands in 1999 when she relocated with her family to a quaint townhome. Over the past 16 years, she has actively engaged in the real estate market, buying and selling various properties, including rental and investment homes. Throughout this time, she has raised her family and witnessed The Woodlands evolve into a premier planned community.
